Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate customer loan applications and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with customers to collect missing information or clarify discrepancies in loan documents.
• Process loan balance transfer requests, ensuring compliance with partner banks’ policies and guidelines.
• Liaise with partner banks and NBFCs to ensure smooth loan processing and timely approvals.
• Maintain up-to-date records of loan applications in the CRM system.
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their loan applications.
• Resolve customer queries and guide them through the loan processing journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet monthly loan processing targets.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in loan processing, customer service, or banking is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial products like personal loans, home loans, and gold loans.
• Proficiency in using CRM and loan processing software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
