Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound calls to provide information about CreditCure.ai’s services.
- Explain loan balance transfer options, debt consolidation options, credit score improvement tips, and financial solutions.
- Address customer queries and resolve their concerns in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with prospective and existing customers.
- Schedule follow-up calls and ensure timely communication with leads.
- Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for lead conversions and follow-ups.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the telecalling process.
- Coordinate with Operations team to fulfil customer requests.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages, e.g., English, Hindi, and regional languages]. Tamil, Telugu and Kannada preferred.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial products like loans, credit scores, and interest rates is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft OLice tools.
- High level of patience and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions professionally.
