Credit Cure’s – Refund and Cancellation Policy

At CreditCure.ai, we aim to provide the best experience with our Smart Loan Management Tool through our subscription plans:

• Essential Savings Plan: ₹999 for 1 year.
• Growth Optimizer Plan: ₹1999 for 3 years.
• Ultimate Freedom Plan: ₹2499 for 5 years.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which users can request refunds or cancel their subscriptions. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Subscription Cancellation by the User:
  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting support at support@creditcure.ai.
  • Cancellation will only stop future automatic renewals. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be provided.
• Cancellation by CreditCure.ai:
  • CreditCure.ai reserves the right to terminate subscriptions without notice if the user violates our Terms and Conditions or engages in unauthorized activities. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

2. Refund Policy

• Eligibility for Refunds:
  • Refunds are only available for requests made within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase.
  • Users must not have used any premium features of the Smart Loan Management Tool during this period to qualify for a refund.
• Non-Refundable Cases:
  • Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods or unused portions of the subscription.
  • Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed.
• How to Request a Refund:
  • To request a refund, users must email support@creditcure.ai with the following details:
  • Subscription plan name (Essential Savings, Growth Optimizer, or Ultimate Freedom).
  • Purchase date.
  • Reason for the refund request.

Our team will review the request and credit eligible refunds within 7-10 business days.

3. Subscription Changes

Users can upgrade their subscription to a longer-duration plan at any time:

• The unused portion of the existing plan will be credited towards the new plan.
• No refunds will be issued for downgrades; the current plan will remain active until its expiration.

4. Automatic Renewal Policy

Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled by the user.

• Users will receive a renewal reminder 7 days before the billing date via email.
• Charges for renewal are non-refundable once processed.

5. Service Disruptions

In the event of service disruptions caused by CreditCure.ai:

• Users will be offered an extension of their subscription equivalent to the downtime.
• Refunds will not be issued unless the downtime exceeds 30 consecutive days.
